Announcing SET Leadership for kNEXT, Finance and HR

In her role as senior director for kNEXT, Kathleen Winningham will be responsible for providing strategic shared services, advising and driving continuous process improvement. She will also provide oversight for the full-service delivery team within kNEXT.  

Sr. Assistant Vice President for Academic Budget and Planning Rebeca Richards will serve as the senior academic finance leader. She will provide guidance and oversight for the college and Academic Affairs Finance Business Centers, formally connecting them with central finance and the Provost’s office. The search for the senior administrative budget leader is ongoing.

The SET operating model also expands the Talent Acquisition Unit within central HR to provide more services to the campus for staff and temporary positions. This will include providing best practices in sourcing, hiring and retaining talent, as well as improved hiring times for departments. Renee Grigor will continue leading the Talent Acquisition team as the director of the talent acquisition unit and Talent Acquisition Manager Jaclyn Velez is remaining in her role.
