WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

On July 1, 2022 UCF will go live with Workday. The Knight Vision program team is working with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to decommission current systems and move the functions into the new Workday ERP system. This process will ultimately help reduce the duplication of third-party systems as well as take advantage of our investment in the Workday platform.

The adoption of Workday will provide streamlined business processes and a centralized location for operational reporting resulting in enhanced transparency and data accuracy. The benefits of this ERP implementation correlate directly with Knight Vision’s guiding principles of Simplification and Better Service to the UCF Community.

Indicated below are a few business processes that will be affected by Workday. This list will continue to be updated as the program planning progresses.
