UCF Board of Trustees approves Workday and Accenture contracts

On October 22, the UCF Board of Trustees (BOT) approved the selections of Workday and Accenture as the vendors for Knight Vision. Workday will provide the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, and Accenture will partner with UCF to support the implementation of the new software and associated business processes.
The selection of these vendors was the result of an extensive evaluation based on multiple criteria to ensure a fair and balanced assessment. In total, this assessment has involved the participation of over 500 university faculty and staff in reviewing vendor proposals, observing software demonstrations, attending oral reviews, and conducting reference checks with other universities that have gone through similar transformations.
This approval from the BOT allows UCF to move forward on the Knight Vision project, with work set to begin in early November.
