Announcing HR Business Center & Talent Acquisition Leadership
On behalf of Knight Vision program, we are pleased to announce our leaders of the HR Business Centers for the Service Enhancement Transformation (SET) project. These leaders have been chosen because of their dedication to making UCF the best place to work and learn and are excited to move into the next phase of SET.
Below you’ll find a list of HR Business Center leaders for SET. This list is also posted on the Knight Vision website. Please note, HR Business Center leaders for the College of Health Professions & Sciences and College of Nursing and the President’s Division are forthcoming.
The remaining HR and Finance Business Center leaders will be announced soon. HR Business Center Leaders will report to their dean(s) or division leader(s) and will also report to HR leadership.

The new SET operating model also expands the Talent Acquisition Unit within Central HR to provide more services to the campus for staff and temporary positions. This will include providing best practices in sourcing, hiring and retaining talent, as well as improved hiring times for departments.
We are pleased to announce Renee Grigor will continue leading the Talent Acquisition team as the Director of the Talent Acquisition Unit and Jaclyn Velez is remaining in her role as Talent Acquisition Manager.
