Get Involved

We are in this together! Knight Vision will have widespread impact throughout UCF, so it is essential that people from across the campus community participate throughout the implementation. There will be many opportunities for members of the campus community to get involved. See below for current opportunities and please check back for updates to this page. Thank you and Charge On!

Upcoming Events

Please follow the UCF Knight Vision Eventbrite page to stay informed about upcoming events.

Knight Vision Virtual Open Forums provide formal updates on all things Knight Vision. These forums also provide the community an opportunity to engage in a Q&A with the program team.

Workday Community Information Sessions are Workday-specific virtual events that provide an inside look at Workday functionality for UCF employees.

Knight Vision Virtual XChanges are opportunities for specific members of the affected campus community to ask the Knight Vision team questions about how the program implementation will impact them. These meetings are not intended to be presentations, but to offer the chance to participate in engaging discussions surrounding the impact of Knight Vision.

Workday Training Calendar

Live sessions now available on UCF Events! Live training sessions are continuously being added to our Workday Training Calendar, and will be delivered either virtually or in-person.

*Register Soon! All live training sessions will have maximum capacity limits to ensure subject matter expert (SME) engagement and support are provided. Please register, even if the session is waitlisted, so we know how to best accommodate support needs. Although attendance of these sessions is highly encouraged, it is not required.

New! Workday playground sessions

Bring your questions and practice system business processes in Workday! These sessions are an opportunity to explore Workday and become familiar with job aids during in-person or virtual sessions. These serve as drop-in sessions for UCF employees to independently practice basic Workday functionality while using on-demand materials currently available in the Workday Training Catalog.

*Please Note: There is no formal training instruction during this session.
