The Organizational Risk and Readiness Assessment (ORRA) Lite survey was administered in February 2020 and distributed to HR Liaisons, Budget Directors, EXCIT members, and Cloud ERP Kick-Off attendees. This survey was intended to provide the insight needed to build a Change Management strategy for our implementation of Cloud ERP. We gained beneficial insights from this survey, some of which are called out below:
- Communication will be critical to the success of the implementation. 66% of respondents disagreed or somewhat disagreed that communication around vision, content of changes, roadmap, and expectations have been clear and consistent.
- End users must be involved in the implementation of Cloud ERP in order to ensure success. 70% of respondents disagreed or somewhat disagreed that they felt involved in deciding how system and process changes are implemented.
- We are ready for change. 95% of respondents agreed or somewhat agreed that their peers and work colleagues are willing and able to embrace a move to the Cloud.

The results of this survey impress on us the importance of robust communication and training when it comes to rolling out a change as impactful as Cloud ERP.
