Workday Community Information Session on October 7

Have you heard? Over the next few years, exciting changes are coming to UCF through Knight Vision – a multi-year project to transform the way we operate by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of our administrative processes. Knight Vision will replace the current PeopleSoft system with Workday, a modern, cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform and will impact faculty, staff and students across the university. It will also transform many of our business processes to match leading, improved technological practices that have proven effective at other institutions of higher learning.

On Thursday, October 7, 2021, members of the UCF campus community joined the Knight Vision team to learn about how Workday will impact them. This interactive session showed a first-look at mobile time-tracking capabilities, expenses and supplier accounts and concluded with a giveaway and a Q&A session.

The Q&A from this event will be documented in the Program Questions page on the Knight Vision website.

A special congratulations to our two giveaway winners, Elizabeth Kalatzis Manolakis from the Office of Research and Leah Mitchell from the College of Community Innovation and Education! Their participation in the event won them a Workday-branded insulated water bottle and an insulated tote bag.
