UCF Board of Trustees grants approval

During the UCF Board of Trustees meeting held on June 18, 2020, the Board voted to approve proceeding with the procurement of an ERP system and implementation partner on a 24-month time frame. The Board added the program at a projected cost of $50 million dollars to the carry-forward list for fiscal year 21. 

Organizational Risk and Readiness Assessment Results

The Organizational Risk and Readiness Assessment (ORRA) Lite survey was administered in February 2020 and distributed to HR Liaisons, Budget Directors, EXCIT members, and Cloud ERP Kick-Off attendees. This survey was intended to provide the insight needed to build a Change Management strategy for our implementation of Cloud ERP.
